mont tremblant

if it was open we could tell you, from last year

crowded, CROWDED, and crowded

but, tremblant has the $$ on their side, and they try to listen to their ski/snowboard community, so tremblant is in my opinion a great place

they have a 17ft super pipe (i think thast the size) and they shape it realyl nice, i don't realyl ski much pipe so i can't comment on how good it is, but i mean its acompetition size pipe,s o really big and nicely cut, icy since its in the easy

they have some pretty challenging rails, roller coaster, large flat to rainbow, a huge monster 40ft (?) flat rail , another few flat rails, a bunch of odd looking rails, a t rail (at least they used ot have it) a very alrge wallride, very nice kink box, a nice flatbox, a bunch of rails im missing oh ya kink rails, large trap rails, double kinks, etc...

for jumps, thye have a few fairly large triple section, and they have 1 or 2 advanced large jumps, usually thye have a hip also and more shit

hope that answers your question , it also has terrain to offer other htan park which makes it a good choice, the only problem you might encounter are lift lines and ice at the end o the day, it gets skied out pretty early, but its very large witha few differnt places and all peakse are accessible by high speed quads or a gondola (except the edge) so if you learn to find the best places to ski with the shortest lift lines your set,

yeah they have a lot of hard rails if your from united states its a great deal with money....the yave 3 jumps in a row kinda small and then one huge one thats nvr open...the vilage is so sick at night

 
Man i love tremblant, i go there evry winter and summer. The people are awesome there and most speak english for us stupid americans.

the parks pretty nice. When i was there it was pretty chill everyone seemed real nice. The terrain is pretty fun too. Im from a small ass resort so tremblant is some of the best terrain i get to ski. The nights are crazy. Bring alot fo money cause bars are pricey.

I go up there everyyear in march for a week. Saturdays and Sundays are crowded, but the week is pretty much empty, which is nice. But the problem is that they don't maintain stuff so nice during the week. The groom the pipe for saturday and sunday...but thats about it. But yeah its a nice place. Its got some great tables.

i went during febuary vacation twice and it was sweet, i wasnt to good at rails and stuff at the time so it'd be cool to hit it up again, its not always to crowded

it has a super wide variety of types of runs...nice, flowing runs, steep mogul runs, normal runs, great glades( if you know where to look), and of course the terrain park. its a great place to ski, you'll have fun.

yeah january is fucking cold buddy i hope you have a lot of layers cause last time i was there in jan it was like -40C... its not bad if you hike up the rails alot tho....

What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?
 
i live in tremblant...may be for you guys its cool because you come once in a while..but most local think it sucks..last year we had the pipe 1month and half after we were suppose to get it, then they never really shape it...there is a kind of 'park crew' that are willing to do something cool, but the people that tell them what to do are not..

^ So right. Tremblant is good when it snows like 6 inches. If not it's all ice. but the jumps and rails are usually nice. but they get beaten up quick.

im up there everyweekend so im pretty much a local, there are pretty sick pow spots if you know where they are, and the park is pretty good.. nice rails and shit.. but tourists ruin everything.. we're supposed to have a park pass this year, with a small public park or something but i dunno if it will happen.. all in all pretty sick place.. gets cold, and icy.. so what?

yeh the cold usually keeps the tourists off the mountain leaving only a slight amount of locals on the hill and in the park....and if the park is closed you can get some good pow if you know where to look. So don't be a pussy and come in like mid-january to the begining of february,or during the week, thats when their is the least amount of ppl.

last year they have a almost entirely new park with some fucking hard ass rails including a dutty rollercoaster that destroyed my favorite pants.

park is one of the better ones i have been in, and if you love glades, check out the edge for some pretty nutty runs.

and nightlife is fucking super dutty.

At tremblant , the best day to go is like a wednesday or something cause i went last year and there was fucking nobody. The longest i had to stay in line for the chair was 2 min. and i went with a group so it only costed 22$ :)
