I havent done one of these threads in a couple years. But i want to know want people think about both these skis. I like both of them, but im not sure if i can trust Moment's durabilty as they are a new company. What are everyones opinions?

i was choosin betweeen the same skis. but i decided to go with amlid over both of them. and im pretty sure you could worry about the durability of the salomons before the moments...

are you fucken kidding me?salomon skis are pretty much bombproof (the topsheet) except for the dumonts, and i havnt heard anything from this years line

for sure dude moments are the sickest ski ever, the companys hecka chill and I heard the jibs are amazing, but there sizes are too big for me so i can get em...

iv heard so many things on durability, iv heard salamons break easily iv heard moments break easily, but i know people who ride both and never had problems, good luck with it

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

I am sure skis that cost $20 to make are really fucking durable. Or I know that they are not durable whatsoever. maybe that changed for 09, but they have sucked big time in the durability department for the last 4 years.

go with the moments, they are real skis, made by real people, who really ski. they are a supper dope company, I have not heard one bad thing about the reno jibs.

well dude, if you want to go with durability, idk what to say there. i mean, salomon has been around a long time and knows their shit. moment however, is a VERY young company, but also knows their shit. they had some topsheet problems last season, but from what i know, they fixed the problem so that they are = or better than other companies

but if you want to be skiing more park than all mtn, then get the jibs. a friend a mine has them and they are sweet for jibs and park

if youre gonna be skiing all mtn and some pow, the suspects have a 122mm tip and all around better dimensions for the whole mountain. but its still a SICK ski. sammy C, charles G, mike clarke, etc., all use this ski in the park and kill it

word.well now i know, but i knew they would be atleast pretty good, because salomon makes some quality shit, although over priced
