Moment reno jib 171 or 176?

hey sorry i know there are tons and tons of threads exactly like this one and i am trying to figure out if i wanna go for a longer ski this season. i am roughly 145-150lbs 5'8"-5'9" and i can;t decide to go for 171 or go alil longer with the 176.

go 176 or 181 at your weight no problem. I am pretty sure Moment measures along the base.

If I remember right, jibs have a very long tip rise for a park ski, so they have less effective edge than other skis in the same length. that might have changed for 2010 though.. email moment, they can tell you more about there major park ski than we can and are an awesome group of guys, super helpfull. Of the two lengths you said though, 176 would be great.

i havelast years jibs in 171 and im about 5'9 id go 176 if your gona center mount becasue of how huge the tip and tail are awesom skis though once you break em in,

im the same height/weight and i ride 181s with no problem...i would get 176 or 181 for sure

The tip and tail rise on the 09/10 Jib series is much smaller. The skis now have increased running length for added stability.

We measure the material length of the base.
