Both are about the same stiffness, FR has more rocker, about the same swing weight (most symmetrical skis are about the same). Moment durability is hit or miss, ON3Ps are always rock solid. FRs have thicker edges. Both have the same base. Counter sink edge seems sketchy for turning...if it's a pure urban or rail ski (and you don't have to do any major carving to get to and from your park) they'd maybe be ok...but I don't really get how it would work on edge.
I'd go with the FR...the sidecut is more fun, the sidewall/bases/edges are bombproof, and they'll turn way better.
