Moment frankenski review?

I just looked at some frankenskis and they look really fun but im wondering how soft they are and how well they perform in park/how light they are,etc. if anyone has a pair and can give me some knowledge that would be great.

Taking into account the difference in width (98 vs 100) and length (182 vs 185) it's fairly comparable in weight to the Blend.

Frank 182: 3.98 kg / pair

Blend 185: 4.15 kg / pair

It's on the softer side of skis, especially for us at Moment. Definitely wouldn't say it's as soft as the Blend or the Wet, but not a 2x4 by any means.

but fr, been wondering how that tripple camber of yours feel and do. More pop? would you say the ski is playful or chargey?

There's only two types of people in this world, those who answer Ass and dirty rotten liars.

I'd describe the Frank as playful, not chargy. The Triple Camber gives better edge grip on hardpack / icy conditions / firm takeoffs / etc...while maintaining a soft and flexible profile. Additionally, if you land super far forward or in the back seat, the micro cambers will act like a spring when force is applied to them quickly, allowing the ski to pop you back into a neutral or upright position. Flex into it slowly, it's nice and soft, flex into the ski quickly or with authority, it'll snap back a lot quicker.

Maybe a touch softer than a Revolt?

Softer than a Magnus.

Haven't touched a lot of park skis recently.

I’ve had frankenskis for two seasons and going on my third, they aren’t wet noodle soft but soft enough to be fun. They definitely are a little on the heavier side but I have beaten the living shit out of them like I’ve done really dumb shit on them and they have held up extremely well. 10/10 would recommend
