So I got a pair of these two years ago and have loved them on every surface minus ice and groomers. But here in AK we dont get many of those days. Im looking for a new pair for this coming year and want something in the same realm of ski.

I was wondering what others were skiing and liking that were reverse camber with tip and tail rocker and at least 120mm under foot.

Let me know what youll think and if the new Donner Partys are as legit as the old ones were?

but if your looking for a reverse sidecut ski like DPs, the only ones that come to mind are dps lotus 138s, praxis pows, and pm gear splatulas(if they even come out)

Anyway so the ski you mentioned might not come out? That sounds kinda odd. Is there a reason why other ski companies haven't wandered into this realm of ski yet? I skied them and they are amazing. I took them to Haines this year and rode with allot of over seas pros and they were amazed how well they performed. I sure hope someone keeps with the movement of reverse camber and side cut.
 
there just isn't the market for them. most people dont want a RR ski due to the lack of groomer/little snow performance.

as far as the skis I posted, there is way more info over on tgr about them, and last I read about the splat, it might just be an experiment/need more testing, but that was back in early april, so something may have changed.
 
I would go for another pair of Donners. They changed the sidecut of the back half slightly, but I don't think Moment wanted to mess something up that was already amazing.
 
Definitely I was thinking id just get another pair cause they were so amazing but I just wanted to see if any other companies had anything comparable in the industry and what people thought of them.

I love hand made anything in the USA and supporting small business'.
