not weird at all man. I myself have recently reached this point after many thousands of hours of gaming. I wish I could love games like I used to. The only way I can get even remotely interested in games right now is if a lot of my friends are all playing one together at once.

Yeah man. I clocked like 1500 in CS, like 1000 in tf2 playing comp and casual. Now it's alright to kill some time but that's about it. I play steep sometimes and maybe descenders which is a pretty sick Mtb game but only here and there. It's not like I'm filling my time with other stuff either. I kinda just hang. I guess it's better than being absorbed by em like I was a while ago. Glad I can get on with living my life. My music career is starting up now and I'm getting more payed gigs and more exposure. Also practicing more so I think it's a net gain. Anyway, don't worry bout me :) Glad I'm not alone on that.
 
I'm definitely gonna go insane at one point but I randomly get some of the songs from The Elder Scrolls (Oblivion, Skyrim) stuck in my head.

Saw a rumour that Battlefield Bad Company 3 is in the works for next gen consels and PC. OG battlefield 2, Battlefield 3, 1942, and the Vietnam iterations were the shit, especially 3. 60+ player games, matches that would go for hours, damn that shit was fun.

i don't keep up very well on video games, the next generation of consoles are coming soon(ish)?? that's too bad (for people like me at least, im sure many are hyped)

Pretty hyped nonetheless. Only issue are the cost of next gen stuff. Sweden apparently already have retailers offering pre-orders for playstation that are well over $1000 USD, at least what I saw/was told. We shall see

Yes, I am convinced it will turn me into a 12 year old again. At least for a few months.

A ton of my friends are coming out of the woodwork for it and I can't stand the direction the game has gone in since ~2012 so I am definitely playing.

Itll drop the price on PS4 Pros and whatnot which will be cool cuz they still run some good games but i agree, thats also a decent amount of $$$$ that could go towards ski gear or something.

Is it worth checking out? Always been curious and Its super cheap on the PS store and that new expansion looks kinda cool. I don't mind grinding-type RPG's like that and I'm sorta disappointed with The Division 2 right now. It needs more updates and re-working for it to be complete again like the 1st game was, but sadly it took them 2 years to figure it out with The Division. Dissapointing as a fan, its a unique game that has all the potential but zero execution. Endgame is pretty shitty, not gonna lie. At least give us some more variety

I think people can’t seperate the difference of a futuristic shooter aesthetic and futuristic style gameplay, I think game devs know the difference but it’s a good reason to deter dice from making a new one.

And division 2 your right I played it about 150 hours in three weeks of release, but there was t anything to do with my balled out gear sets, and the 4v4 PvP was fun, but kind of redundant.

Loved Witcher three, and waiting for borlder lands 3 to get a lil cheaper. The first two were a shitload of fun. Ill give those other two a play through. Thanks for the suggestions!
 
Not as steamed as some people are over Ghost Recon: Breakpoint (haven't played it yet), but yeah seeing it get crucified all over the web is a major disappointment....It seems they went in the complete opposite direction of what was promised at the initial gameplay reveal trailer. They tried to incorporate some elements from The Division games like the grindy-rpg aspects and its a buggy mess. Like Wildlands, gonna probably wait for a few updates and a price drop before getting it. Wildlands turned out to be a sweet game after all the bugs got worked out
 
Still loving me some black ops 3 and GTA 5. Also steep.

Why dont they add snowmobiles to steep, damn it would be so cool
 
I bought a ps4 for $250aud the other day, played a bunch of MLB the Show, some NHL and Steep. Now I'm kind of over it. I sold my pc to help fund a ski trip last year, which was 10/10 worth it. But if I'm gonna play games, I think I like pc stuff more.

I was a master of those games. Especially when I focused more on my park and less on drowning people who complained. Still you always gotta have that one ride that people only go on once a year, throw up and leave you bad yelp reviews. Luckily nobody can die from gforce in that game..

Honestly prolly make sense I got into terrain parks agter how many hours I spent obsessing about that game. Even dropping handyman off on the high points to make aure all the grass got mowed.

Ah good times.
