Mom's been casually skiing for the last 40 odd years. Pysched her up massively to hit an airbag on a family holiday a couple of years back, told her it would be absolutely fine and she should straight line it from the top, no need to speed check....

She straight lines it, clears the entire bag (minus a couple of feet), double ejects perfectly, face plants the ice on the other side and eats shit bad! Stands up after 10 seconds and claims it.

Actually she is seeing how I'm doing a 2,500+ mile MTB ride with her next summer... so I guess I'm not on the computer ALL day but at least she doesn't have a son (daughter?) that takes the internet seriously enough to get worked up over it.

Yeah, she broke her leg right in front of me on King's Landing, then skied the rest of the way down and shredded the whole next day before the pain became too much and she went to the doc. They were like "You fractured your tibia". Haha
