Mojo 80's or line chronics?

Ok, here's the deal. I can get line chronics with bindings online for $830 canadian, with tax/shipping/duty included, or I can get head mojo 80's at my local sportchek for $750 cdn with bindings and tax included. Now, I'm a pretty light weight guy at 130lbs, and I'm a average skier. Also, I'll be doin bout 40% park, 60% groomers. Plus, I'm a noob to park skiing. Which ski would you choose, considering the above? Also, how heavy are the heads compared to the chronics, and any other noteable differences? thanks!

Heads are really heavy, Chronics really light, Those are both ridiculous prices. I got my Chronics with p10's for under 700. You should be able to find p10's for cheap. And the chronics for 500. There has to be a real ski shop near you?

yeah, there arnt any skishops near by. closest is an hour away, and it has even worse prices and not a good selection. The shop at the hill has only racing skis, which is a bummer. anyway, those are cdn prices, so take like $100 for us dollars. Are there any online stores with fee shipping to canada?

Watch ebay. I scored some brand new mojo's for $350 US shipped.

If I were you I'd get the mojo's just as they are indestructable and for whatever reason I'm just not a fan of line. They are a little heavy and quite stiff. I know you plan on riding out of the park on it more, but I'd mount it at the Jon Olson spot just as that is where the flex pattern is around. It does suggest mounting 9cm back for out of the park, which I did, but the ski just feels like it wants to be at the Jon Olson spot.

line scares me............. head are bombproof, but heaveY!!!!!!!!!!!! scratches cost less, are solid, light and versitile. go with scratches.

See if you can find last years chronics cheap. They are just as bombproof as mojo's and (i think) a lighter ski. pretty stiff though.

i have never skied the mojo's but i know the chronics kick ass... and i know some of these people are saying mojos because they dont like line period for somereason, just take that into consideration.

I have last year's Mad trix Mojos (the fattier version of the Mad trix) and they are a fucking bombproof ski, I use them early rock skiing and everything and they are fine. I can't even imagine how many more years they are going to last me cause SERIOUS the durability is SO good.
