I'm mad at skiershop.com. They owe me money. I ordered, and got no response for a week. I called, they apologized and explained 'backorders and blah blah blah', after a lot of conflict I canceled the order. But they stil sent me the boots, the WRONG boots in the wrong size. So I had to pay 20 dollars in shipping to send them back. It's been almost 3 months, and they still billed me for my order, AND 60 bucks in shipping. I called and complained and they put me on hold for 10 minutes to say 'ok, we see your order, and it says pending, but it appears to have been canceled. Can we call you back in 15 minutes?' ok. I called last thursday......still waiting. Punkass bitches.
