depending on database structure all spam can be deleted in seconds flat by someone with database access. they just use the following command (or somethign similar)

DELETE FROM forum WHERE poster='spammers_username'

et voila, BAM however many thousand posts are gone.

yes, unfortunitly, only harvey adn cko have database acess (not even sure cko does), so we as mods are forced to do it the hard way, one thread at a time.
