Mods...what do you do?

I work full-time at Newschoolers as the General Manager. Used to be publisher, but the parent company changed job titles on us recently.
Essentially I oversee the business of Newschoolers. I'm responsible for the P&L meaning that I ensure revenues are higher than expenses and we get all of our targets. I sell advertising as well as work with all the other sales reps to help them sell programs on here too. I do all the product management of technology which leads me to oversee the tech teams and cook up the strategic vision of where the Newschoolers tech is going.
I also run the budgets and ensure that all the teams have what they need to get their jobs done. Jason works under me as Editor (new role) and the content teams report up through him. Chris McMahon is head moderator, and we're still looking for someone to be a gear editor.

ElGato: convinced skierman is soley responsible that no one has given him an advance on his 'book' and still lives in His mothers basement. Didn't attend his 10 year HS reunion 5 years ago. On a really good air soft team, can do like 1000, bicep curls.
Twoods: art director and youth out reach manager for the Vatican. No longer works closely with JD.
Mr. Bishop: collects royalties from everyone in the ski industry for knowing him - still hasent bought NS a mountain home.
