Mod Q: Blatant spammers?

Why aren't they deleted? Guys like Pedmiqueo, and Lil G, amongst others, are basically on this site only to piss everyone off. Yes, it is immature, and yes, we should just ignore them, but with 70,000 some odd people, that is impossible. Why not just delete them?

My guess is that the admins don't feel that they have done anything that deserves banishment. I can agree with that, but they have definitly gotten close.
