Moccasins?

Moccasins--a bit confused by the trend, but i got a pair and damn these things are comfy. Moccasins are starting become as common as vans at my school, anyone starting to the see the moccasin movement 2010? SoCal in full effect.

They were really popular around Seattle like a year or two ago... Not many people wear them anymore, but during the winter it's not uncommon to see a few people rock 'em at school.
 
people have been wearing moccasins for hundreds of years. yes they are comfy, hence hundreds of years of use by native peoples and now modern people. traditionally in the modern era, old people wore moccasins, now young people wear moccasins. we are witness to the introduction of Oldman Steeze, might not sound appealing now but it will grow on you in due time. believe me
 
yeah this is news to me, ive been wearing mine since 2002. i started wearing them in high school because it was an alternative to wearing dress shoes to school (dress code) and ive been getting a new pair every year and they are the most comfy shoes ever

but basically nikes and chucks are the trend at my school, and vans just started. Mocassins are for chicks here but i really want a pair cause they look super comfy. Instead of those though i think ill get another pair of sanuk cause theyre amazing..
 
mocs are dope driving shoes on the way to the mountain.

also i hurt my foot recently and mocs where the only thing i could wear that wouldnt hurt to put my foot in.

but i've seen kids wearing mocs for years and years, not really a trend
