Mobile crashing?

I’ve kind of had this issue since I got the mobile app but occasionally it’ll just freeze up and I’ll force reset. Not too bad but sucks if I’m making a reply
 
This is an issue we know about, but haven't been able to properly replicate. Unfortunately we don't know how to fix it yet.

What OS are you guys using?
 
14.3 but has been happening for years and different OS. iphone 7. seems like it always happens when ads are loading and i’m scrolling at the same time.
