MNC simply means multi norm compatible, a binding that will accommodate standard alpine, gripwalk, and some other touring soles. These all have different ISO numbers. It says nothing of the purpose of that particular binding.

Yes they will. Being a frame binding, your boots don't require tech inserts. Toe height is adjustable and the AFD slides.
