Mixing In a Cell Phone Video? What do I do? Premiere

This is probably easy but before anyone says google, can somebody tell me or point me in the right direction. Google keeps telling me how to edit sweet videos on my phone, how to turn a vertical video to a horizontal one etc.

I don't edit very much at all, and have never mixed a video from a phone into a project. Using Adobe Premiere. I don't care if the quality isn't as good at that size as the rest of the video, I just want it in.

Any help would be awesome.

Video is 568x320, trying to get it to fit into 1920x1080

Probably an easy way but I don't know. I can't adjust it in properties.

are you sure that was filmed on a cell phone and not a calculator? Honestly that resolution is pretty rough, I'd suggest editing the whole project in 1280X720, and scaling that footage up 200ish % to get it to fill the frame. Click on the clip in the timeline, go to the upper left and click on "motion", the arrow to the left will give you more options to scale/rotate/etc.

confusing to type out, but it's super easy once you do it. I'm sure you could figure it out easier in imovie or another program other than premiere

Yeah, I had my camera sitting down there but it got filmed with the real deal instead.

It opens almost full screen when I play just the clip but when I load it into premier all the sudden it's fucked.

Absolute worst case I'll get heinous and just film my laptop. I'm tired of this being a problem. I don't care anymore.

Or maybe I'll draw a representation of the clip in flash.

So I started getting an error where if I upload a clip with no audio into premiere it says there isn't anything there etc.

I downloaded a converter and converted those files and it was working. Found out I could increase the resolution on this in there while doing that.

They only let me do the first 1/3 because it was a trial but I just stacked the video 3 times in a row so the first 1/3 was the whole thing.

So I don't have to be ridiculous and film my computer.

Thanks for the reply. Sometimes it's hard to figure shit out late night, and some things when you google it you get nowhere. Obviously not a hard problem for a lot of people, but it was killing me.

Thanks again.

This thread can get deleted too if it's in the way.
