Mitt Romney...

$$$$ aint gonna buy no cult of the latter day kooks a 4 year stay at the white house on Penn ave.The rest of the nation sees through the smoke and mirrors of a religion based on visions of a nutjob.

From the flippty floppity well I guess you colored folk are okay to a well our god says it's cool if we want multiple wives, to the taking of non taxed church $$$$$to fight basic human rights in a silly war on homosexuals aint gonna happen. The population of Mass may have been fooled but fooling MASSHOLES aint like fooling a whole country.

now back to your econ 101 I'm so smart speil

instead of donating to the church could he not donate to hospitals, im sure that is equally effective at spreading jesus's will.

So you're saying that people would rather invest money for themselves than be paid a salary to do it? Like the government couldn't make good investments because anyone who knows how already does it privately and makes more than if they were working for the government? If that's what you mean it makes sense.

agreed upon 100%. people are making it out like Romney is the one who set the current tax scenarios based upon on'es income, where it's not the case.

also, why would this make someone not want to vote for romney. If anything, it should win him more votes. if he was succesful enough in the business world to earn the millions of dollars he did to the point where he can just invest it and live more than comfortably on the interest that they build, why would that make him a bad candidate for president. if you can win in the cut throat world of corporate business, you can most likely succeed in politics.

and don't post some arrogant response to trump this (under 18's), i'm simply making a point to look at this from another angle

Mitt Romney is the shit. Stop hating on him because he paid more in taxes than you could ever hope to make. I think we should all follow his example and give more to our communities than the government.

He just wants to fix problems, give him a chance. . . because shit man. . . we are trillions of dollars in debt.

I'm not a mitt Romney supporter, but the $42 million he made last yet was all from investments, hence the 14% tax rate. Don't blame him, blame low investment taxes.

So someone whose sole purpose is to make profit is not going to channel exploitation in their favor?

I agree there are large wasted facets in the government involvement in the economy. However, what you just said opens the door wide for corruption and exploitation, especially in an economy the size of the US. The "profitable" businesses are not always ones that are good for society as a whole. It's really not hard to see that there are major issues with everything you just talked about. No side is innocent and both have their negative attributes towards society.

thats because he made it in the stock market, so he could have lost 42 million dollars. money made in the stock market should be taxed less imo

here ill spread the wealth...of knowledge

An economics teacher at a local school made a statement that he

had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an

entire class. That class had insisted that Gillard/Brown socialism

worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a

great

equalizer.

The teacher then said, "OK, we will have an experiment

in this class on the Gillard/Brown plan". All grades will be

averaged and

everyone will receive the same grade so no one will fail and no one

will

receive an A.... (substituting grades for dollars - something closer

to

home and more readily understood by all).

After the first test, the

grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied

hard

were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the

second

test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even

less

and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so

they

studied little.

The second test average was a D! No one was happy.

When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.

As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering,

blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one

would

study for the benefit of anyone else.

To their great surprise, ALL

FAILED and the teacher told them that socialism would also

ultimately fail

because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great,

but

when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want

to

succeed.

It could not be any simpler than that. (Please pass this

on)

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you'll ever read and

all applicable to this experiment:

1. You cannot legislate the poor

into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

2.

What one person receives without working for, another person must

work for

without receiving.

3. The government cannot give to anybody

anything that the government does not first take from somebody

else.

4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

5. When

half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work

because the

other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half

gets the

idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to

get

what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any

nation.

Can you think of a reason for not sharing this? Neither could I.

Congrats you can copy and paste a chain mail "analogy" that fails, and that has been around for decades. You get a gold star.
