Mistys....

try the trick tip cult it explains really well how to do them and many many other tricks. All you gotta do pretty much is do like on a diving board or tramp and commit that's it. Also try on a maybe 20 footer good luck, they're not that hard if you commit!

i just did my first today were i was really trying to land it. Just really went for it, couple of hints my coach gave me, when you go in, not a lot but carve the way you are going to spin, just a tiny bit so you are on your edge. And when you throw it, the motion is like punching your knee cap with your opposite hand, and commit. Atleast get your head around becuase anything is better then landing on your head.
only had time to do one, and dint quite land, but pretty damn close. They are easy, and super fun

then you rreally shouldnt be trying one, because you have absolutley no idea what it is. it is not nearly as inverted as a frontflip, and it is not a real/full 540. learm what it is, get it on tramp, try it on snow...

dude i know what it is... and never 1nce did i say it was as inverted as front flip

its hard to exlain

i spin left so i drop my right shoulder diagnol and than start spinning and to me its all kinda 1 flow if i try i automatically get the rotation and get out of it and get more and more inverted as the trick goes on and it turns into a flip

that took a lot more thinking than u would exp ect

to clear up any confusion in this thread, misty is inverted, not as much as frontflip. bio is off axis, so that kid who made the comment saying a.k.a bio 5 was pretty much right

im copletely clear on what misty is trust me this thread got really confusing when i brought front flip 5 into it cas now u think i think misty is front flip 5.. but it isnt

ok man....an inverted forward 5 is misty 5.an off axis forward 5 is bio 5.we know neither of these are a frontflip 5, which would just be a frontflip late 180.so if you want inverted, you're talking misty 5. if you want to go off axis but not inverted, that would be a bio 5.

alright ive understood what misty was thsi whole time okay y do u think i wanna do 1

but i honestly had no clue what bio was thanx dude haha

its gonna be easier to get back on axis if you go more inverted than less. learn other flips before you try misty. learn fronts and backs and then all you have to do for misty instead of throwing a frontflip straight forward you throw your right arm at your left knee.

^Yeah learning other inverts helps but you really don't need to know how to frontflip or backflip to throw a misty as long as you know the motion and you can pretty much stomp them on a tramp/diving board, it's pretty much the same thing.
