hey, if anyone can stick a misty 5, i think i can do it just im wondering how to do it the first time so i dont kill myself

 
learn a rodeo first, they're a lot like misties btu easier

well a rodeo is like a side flip 180, so as you take off set the side flip, then as you come around you'll naturally spin some, so as you're coming out of the flip go with the spin and stomp it down switch

just look over your shoulder as you spin for the landing and youll bring it around fine

AND COMMIT

a misty is a lot like that but as you set the flip, tuck your right shoulder to the left and let your legs 'roll' over you, from there its the same

but personally i think rodeos are easier

( all of this is assuming you spin left)

ok, i spin to the left normally, for a rodeo should i do a sideflip to the right and then spin the 180 to the left? or other way around.

first time i did a mitsy i just tried doing a frontflip with a spin, it turned out to be a mitsy, basically if u spin right, throw your right shoulder to your left knee, this will set your forword rotation, its alot easier than it looks you just hafta commit

i cant describe the vibe i get when i drive by 6 people and 5 i hit
 
if you spin left, spin the side flip by bringing your legs up and over clockwise, then cming out of the spin continue the spin left

rodeos are not easier. I guess its personal preference but I found mistys much easier to learn. best I can help is to tell you to approach the jump thinking front flip. pop and throw your right shoulder left and down under your left arm. bring your right arm around your back. this sets your rotation, from here you have to feel it in the air and set it down and spot the landing.
