Hi, I do well 180, misty 5, backflip, front flip, switch 180 and switch 360, but I can't do 360, 540 ect.. every time I land with the weight too back!

Is it quite normal or am I the only in the world? Do you have problems with 360?

How Can I do to close a simple 360?

well, pop of course, and dont drop any shoulders (while youre learning). When that landing comes around, you should try to get your hands in front of you. Thatll help get your weight forward (provided you popped and stuff). Keep doing them over and over again. They should become second nature.

I love that you can do switch 3s and not regular 3s :) As with most jumps your body goes where your head is leading: are you looking over shoulder, or maybe are you looking under your armpit and down a bit. I dunno. As with the previous guy, just make sure you actually pop off the jump and you shouldn't have problems. Also, make sure you have pressure on the front of your feet. This goes with popping, but maybe you are just relaxing and sitting back a bit when you start the rotation

If you are backseat when you land just try throwing your hands out in front of you upon take-off. Try to keep them out in front of you the whole time, and try to stay centered and you will be fine.

ok this is an absolutly fucking retarted question but when you say pop you mean exactly what? like just flexin your tails like a butter kinda? i've already slaped myself in the face but i have the same problem with straight forward spins too

backseat landing means you need to feel the front of your boot on takeoff. the reason you can land misty's fine is cuz you throw forward on the takeoff...thus putting you FORWARD. so get in a similar body position going off the jump, leaning forward, but just set 3. easy peasy lemon squeezy

this guys right just pop hard and dont try to carve the lip till you get better and just keep your shoulders forward but dont drop em

sw 3s are easier (as long as you can ski sw) because you can spot your landing from takeoff to landing.

as

for everything else, i agree. frontflips and backflips are usually just as easy as 3s

and rodeo 5s are just basically just inverted 180s. You don't have to

worry about setting a rotation or even popping much for any of the

tricks you listed. The trick to spins is popping, setting the rotation with your hips instead of your arms, and looking the direction you want to spin (which isn't down if you plan to spin uncorked).

probably not, i hate doing just 360s but i love 5s 7s and all kinds of flips.

i can see someone being able to misty and not throw a 3

I've always had a problem landing backseat, and trust me, just lean forward MORE than you think you'll need to, overcompensate like. Thats the only thing that keeps me landing stuff on park jumps..... BC however, everything goes!

that was also one of my thoughts when i read it, i just played the game further and thought of future "switch cork 10 easier than a three?"-threads...

to get good at 3s you have two choices, you can keep practicing until you get them, which is usually works just fine, or you can refer to one of the 200 other threads on how to do a 3

im sorry, im just so annoyed at the vast amount of people asking on ns how to do a 3, and i just don't see why you can't learn tricks the old fasoined way, get out and practice them

things that might seem obvious to you (pop, don't spin with your arms, look at the horizon over your shoulder) aren't necessarily obvious to everyone else. Practicing 3s with wild arm spinning is going to mess up your rotation every single time.

is it easier than a 360? simple answer NO it's not. you just need to pop more to get centered befored you leave the takeoff don't let the pitch of the landing scare you.

well jp taught me at high north to jump and look level to the horizion not to look down and then make sure you dont like jamp you head into your shoulder cause that messes up you spin so pop look level and keep you head turned and once you get those down then you can look down and you will stay level still cause i couldnt do 3s off a 20 foot table i would mess up and then he taught me then and first try i did a 3 off the 40 landed and tried one on the 60 but just overroatated

when i was younger about 10 i always did 180 and one time one a 30 foot table top i just went for it and landed it so just stand large and be confident!

i kinda know what you mean. i can do 360s fine, and they were the first trick i learned. but now that i can do other stuff and havent done em as often, they feel kinda akward compared to other tricks

Practice just doing it on the ground in your backyard in your skis from a stand still. Once you get used to rotation and feel you can concentrate on the landing. Its all about confidence and practice.
