dude that's terrible logic. This kind of stuff happens in big cities, always has. It's sketchy but it's part of a city. Although these things are absolutely terrible, I have lots of friends that still go to WWU and absolutely love it. It's a sick school and something like this shouldn't have this large of an influence on keeping you away, let alone visiting.

gaah all of this made me feel so insecure about the world
i always think of bellingham as way to chill to have anything bad happens, so it really shocks me when it does.i have two friends who just pledged into the greek system at UW too, they said it's all really sad. that girl was just starting her musical career too.and i went up to western to visit home for the first time since august last weekend, all my friends were too sketched out to go to anything off-campus

bellingham does have some sketch people we are right on the railway and i have a friend who works at the border and he says a bunch of sketch people try to get to alaska through canada and just get turned around back towards bham and other towns along the way. bellingham is becoming a bigger city so its gona come with the territory. but it still makes me supers sad that this shit has started to happen.
