MIP's SUCK!!!!

so im at osu in corvallis and my roomate, pat, who is frickin awesome, just got his second mip in a week. whats the deal with college town cops? i havent got one but he has two already? and its not like i dont party as much as he does. i probably do more but he has horrible luck. the thing about corvallis that sucks is that during daylight, you dont see a single cop. but when the darkness comes they are out in swarms snatching up beer and handing out mips. this sucks
