i had a bear got a mip but he wrote the wrong birthday by a month on it, does this mean if i go to court it will be thrown out i heard somthing along the lines of that would happen somewhere.

Also if i get hit with it will i loose my license for 30 days, my truck was not at the state park i was at so i wouldent think so theres no information about my car on the ticket but it does have my driver license number on it.
 
i think you would have to give the right birth day, then you loose your license? you gotta be more specific with what your asking, like what actually happened?
 
fuck, that was so incoherent. you had a 'bear'? use periods and commas for chrissakes.
 
i was drining a brew and got stoped by a cop gave him my info and everything, got the ticket and then he sarched my site found nothing and let me go on my way. I just looked at the ticket and he put my birthday as 11 for the month instead of 12.

What i was saying about the license is some people when they get mips they get a suspended license but its usually if the alcohal is in their car. My truck was over an hour away though.

This is in connecticut.
 
.....he probably wrote a 12 but has fucked up two's but who knows, if he did actually write an 11 you may have lucked out

it doesnt matter if your car was there or not and in CT the MINIMUM is 30 days, i can tell you there is a 95% chance it will be 60 days, i have had a bunch of friends get MIPs and everyone has had 60days, one was 90 days though
 
Its defintly a 1 because the day is a 12 too and the 2 looks nothing like the 1 i also rember him calling it in on the radio and sayiing 11 not 12.
 
of bears, which is a crime in CT. Your looking at some serious jail time my friend, bears are very dangerous, somebody could have easily got hurt
 
Bobble, learn how to fuckin' spell. haha. But shit I didn't know about the mistake with the birthday month. If he had checked your dl and still wrote down the wrong birthday month, than yeah definitely worth fighting. you never know...
 
I think some states don't refer to it as an MIP because i have met some people from out of state and don't know what it stands for...Also it is probably no existent in Canada.

Well i just got an MIP the other night but it was worth it...if my buddy's who's house it was at got another he would be arrested.
