I don't know if you will check this thread again Harvey, but I dont want to bother you with a message.
Anyway I like the change on the front page, and I can see some kind of slow trend that will lead to that page being sort of like a general home-page... you know, maybe slowly add features like a snow report that you could personalize by area, and other features like that.
And I've also been interested in doing some kind of 'world news' section, because I would really love to keep that updated with all the shit that a lot of people dont know is going on. I don't know about anyone else, but I come onto the site to learn, and I think some kind of world or extra news section would be a nice benefit.
In addition, I wanted to remind you of the 'Featured Rider' concept... I've got Reedy lined up to be the first one if you're still interested. If not, you could use the interview as Premium Content.
And one more suggestion! I think it would be awesome to have some kind of a Terrain Park Profile section, where members can fill out a form/review thing about their home park and add it to the database. If it was just a blank space like the reviews are, then there would probably be some shitty park reviews... so I was thinking some kind of entry page where you enter, like... Location, driving distance from wherever, lifts, hits (how many/what kind), rails, pipe, special features/whatever, and then a general box where they can enter their own comments. I think it would be a really useful part of the site.
And one other thing... is there anywhere online where I can learn to code php? I know this will take forever, but I feel like an asshole just suggesting things all the time, when these suggestions take me two minutes to type, but the coding involved for you takes hours and hours.
