yeah im from the twin cities. i live like 5 miles from buck hill so i usually go there...but hyland, welch and afton are some others that i go to.

I live in winona during school and waconia during breaks. I ride coffee mill, welch, afton, hyland and lutsen a lot.

I ski at Spirit. It's deffinately the best in the state as far as park goes. It hasn't been set up yet this year, but it looks like it will probably be ready for this next weekend, if not that for sure the week/weekend after that.

 
I'm moving to Hutchinson, but I will still ski at Spirit. Anyony who skis there know when they will have the park ready?

jumpman- it probably was me, I ride last years expressions which have red on them. Usually there aren't to many people rding V's. from what I hear the park has a couple of hits right now but no rails.

 
im from roseville but i ski mostly spirit. there park just opened this weekend. they had 3 big hits and like 5 other hits. they just put a rainbow rail up today but it wasnt very skier friendly. i think that they will have most the rails up by next weekend.

 
im from minnesota, i ski at giants ridge. tomorrow is the last day and hill cross is going on. Our setup is the gayest. they used to have the rails nice but now everything sucks so if u get a chance go somewhere that wont bore you like the ridge bores me

Wild Mountain has shown they actually give two squirts of piss about their ski park and have invested a lot of money rebuilding it to enlarge and make it better. Last year gave me a promising sense of hope for a ski area within an hour of the twin cities.

ya i used to live in Forest Lake and i was skiing at Wild Mountain and Spirit. Theres some kick ass stuff around there, i heard Wild like drastically upped there park, any1 been there lately?

 
It's great that you guys ski and all, but I really feel sorry you. Can't really picture the vertical Minnesota has to offer.
