There is a theoretical physics theory that attempts to explain the inability of physics to be able to predict or measure the location of an electron. It involves this single electron traveling through time and space. So 1 electron is every electronic in creation.

Although I do not fully (or even partially) understand this theory its pretty interesting and coincides well with this idea. I read about it in a Ray Kurzweil book, if anyone is interested in it I will try to find the chapter and read it again.
