Milton keynes tomorrow night

Yo... Anyone in England and wants to join me tomorrow night (thurs) skiing at the park night... Last time i went i was ht only skier gah..

:O I sure as shit hope some skiiers hit that with you, I can't as am bed bound with a gammy leg. But hope you have fun! x

diggin' up a dead thread but.... do any skiers go to these freestyle nights?
went to MK this afternoon and it was pretty waff, full of racers and people telling my off for going switch and not wearing a helmet.

how do Tam and MK compare?i've heard lots of differing stories, like Tam being very icy and shorter but it's cheaper than MK and as i'm equidistant from them is it worth checking it out over MK?

cas is really stepping up with the parks now

anyone gonna ride this thursday or friday?

Hemel Hemp looks pretty rad and is only a few more mins further than MK, may have to hit that up and embarrass myself sometime soon.

MK freestyle night was pretty fun. Quite a few skiers rippin it, one guy had an ns sticker haha. Like an hour in all the freestyle coaches finish so they come out. Just watch out for noobs cutting in front of you to hit a jib or jump

okay, me and my friend were actually wondering which of the snow domes in england have th ebest freestyle nights because mk was quite frankly... terrible. is hemel any better? is it more expensive and when are the freestyle nights. +k for help

cas usually has some pretty good parks, shaped well and hold out well for most of the night

if anything its worth giving it a go once, mk has the worst snow anywhere i've ridden

I've never ridden at Cas, but I've heard only good things about the park and the casvegas kids. I know its got some pretty sweet rails and probs the best booters in the UK.
If anyone's shredding there hit me up, as I really want to come up, and hit some new features, having skied at Tamworth and MK for years

everyone rides thursday and fridays but people from sheffield ride on a friday as well

they have some rails from the burton comp and the nike rail is sick, some mega pipes as well, keep a look out for the next sno storm there

seen as though a few people are looking at this

who is entering the slopestyle for the brits at cas in october? and i read there were like 2 other slopes doing slopestyle as well

Tamworths dope for the smaller rails, its a jib paradise on a good night and its groomed completely half way thru the session, so everything good.
MK has the biggest snow kickers in the UK easily and good rail setups, but only during events or at a significant snostorm and landings and kickers get pretty shitty quick and arent really maintained so much.
Cas' park usually kills it most of the time, kickers arent huge but theyre improving, all rails are good, from tech, big stuff to smaller rookie stuff.
ChillFactor has some alright setups aswell, damn good kickers and some sweet rails, worth a hit,
Can't talk for Hemel yet, looks pretty well maintained from what I've seen.

so i actually went to hemel about 2 weeks ago. snow quality was much better than in mk. set up was generally good. rails got super sticky towards the end of the session they need a good waxing. also when we were down there was an airbag, first time id hit anything like it. super good. i would recommend hemel

lost my freestyle night virginity last night at hemel with a suitable level of embarrassment. i conclude that hemel > MK. hemel's snow feels much more like real snow then the MK ice bath i've experienced before.
i recommend it highly.

don't post much here on here.

i live 30 mins from Casvegas; a good set up and the guys in EB there are decent enough. if anyone is planning on going early October shout me. I work in London so need some notice to get back up there

yo when did you go to hemel? I live 10 mins away from there when i am in england, havnt been yet tho, but looks pretty good, did you go on a special freestyle night or just a normal time?

oh sorry then, yea you should go. i've only been once but loved it, i think they have a freestyle night every friday, it's pretty rad.

friday nights are the big freestyle nights. think they have another smaller one wednesday or tuesday. and the airbag comes around once a month i believe. pretty pricey but nice to be back on skis
