Mike wilson rope swing

yeah I never look at NSG and searchbarred "wilson". NS searching kinda sucks, especially when people don't make titles the way I think they might/should...
 
This thing actually just got cut down like a week ago. A kid died on July 4th from injuries on it. It's a pretty tricky rope swing, and that landing is only more then 2 feet deep for about a 10' x 10' foot area. Pretty sick tho
 
Read what he wrote. He said it's only deeper than 2 feet in an area that's about 10 feet by 10 feet, or where Mike was landing.
 
Just to let you know hes done it before.. So i think he would know what hes talking about. Mike you should post that other video on your facebook of the other one
 
There is actually another rope swing that is even more ridiculous then this one that got put up Wednesday night. Hopefully an edit soon, Wilson has some ridiculous ideas.

there was an edit of wilson maybe a year ago or so, where he did a flat 5 on a park jump, but took it probably 30feet to the right and landed in the landing zone of another jump ..
does anyone know what i mean .. ?!
 
ya, because he was killing it skiing in this.... oh wait
not saying he's not a bad ass, but why would this make him your favorite skier?
 
DUDE...what??? haha he's just saying that the reason why Wilson is his favorite skiier is because hes crazy and does huge stuff
 
i floated past that bit on the river, looked ridic

we floated the river after july 4th and it was still there, that sucks it's been taken down
 
yea same. but its sketch cause the rope is attached to a dead branch and the water is no more than 7 1/2 feet where you land...basically you touch bottom alot (rocks).

side note: I heard Mike Wilson got fired from squaw valley freestyle team coach because he was too nuts. not sure if thats good or bad. hes badass though.
 
It's on the Truckee River between Tahoe City, and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley. A lot of that footage was shot 2 Saturdays ago. And ya it sucks it got taken down, but the top rope is still there attached between 2 trees, you just need to put a rope on it to swing off of. The rope was taken down after this was shot, but as you can see, its not too difficult to reattach one. Don't recommend anybody hit this unless you talk to Wilson or someone who has done it first. If you start where you think you need to, you will land on the rocks and not the water.

Every time I see a thread with the name Mike Wilson in the subject line I expect that:

1) I am about to see something that will make my draw drop

2) He has died doing something that would have made my draw drop
