Mike Nicks or Skogens

I am about 5'9" and around 150. I am looking at either the Skogens or Mike Nicks. I know that Mike Nicks have a softer flex. Should i stick with the Skogens since i am a bit heavier and plan to do a little more all mountain and not just park. Around 60% park 40% all-moutain

 
It'll probably be tough to demo them at this point but, if you are going to ski more all mountain than park, I'd say get the Skogens.

 
They could definitely be a good choice as well. The flex is similar to the Mike Nicks but the Chronic isn't as wide.

 
this years' chronic wide replaces all the pro models from last year that had roughly the same deminsions, just different sizes. So the wide will come in various sizes and ski like the skogen's, mike nikes, and pollard's.

I use the reactor binding on my two pairs of skis and I like them -- and have never had any problems braking them -- although many have. I like the idea of the extra safety it gives, b/c I already had a knee surgery.

They are a bit more expensive, but if you have more than one pair of skis then it sorta equals itself out.

I would think that you may even be able to score a pair of reactor's from him as well. just ask.

by-the-way, $200 for those is unreal, so roll with it.

Ive got the Nicks. Theyre sick. They get sooo beat up and theyre still awesome. Id go with them.
