Before last night i thought mike nick was just a park skier. I was watching RSN and it was mike nick doin crazy lines and huckin 100 foot cliffs. i have alot more respect for him now.

yeah thats pretty cool, u would think he would just ski park cuz he used to be a skiboarder but then again so did i and i dont do to many tricks at all anymore.

Even if it wasn't a hundred foot cliff, it's cool to see that he can do something besides park.

haha there is no way mike nick did a 100 footer, where did he get the skill to do that on ski boards? not that jumping off a cliff is all that much skill but still

yeah i saw a line add and he sessioning a backcountry kicker. i mean its not cliffs, but i thought all he did was stay in the park too. hes a sick skier regardless

I can believe it, but do you know how huge a 100 foot cliff is? Its believeable, but unlikly for most skiers. If its true though I take back all the things I every said about Mike Nick.

mike nick's lui kangs are insane. True, that is basically the only trick that he throws, but has anyone else ever tried to throw a lincon or anything with one leg out like him. That's sick if he was throwin off the huge cliffs. The guy deserves some credit.

I think saying it was 100 feet is exaggeration, thats holden, gordy, Morrison and Schmidt's territory. Plus his best event by far is big air because slopestyle takes more all around ability. But at least we know know he can ski, if its true than I have more respect for him now.

 
yeah no way he did 100 feet. I'd be amazed to see him drop a 40 footer, but that's a little more believable

a lot of park skiers are awesome all mountain skiers. I was out with Dave Chriton, Anthony B and saw them drop the sketchiest cliff with style. Super sweet.

 
yeah i know what you guys are sayin 100 feet is fuckin huge but i dont understand why no one gives him any credit, yes he did ski before he went on skiboards. I eard 100 feet i wish i taped it but it will prob be on again.m

100' cliffs don't take skill, they take balls. Anyone can drop a 100 footer. I want to see him drop some knarley straight lines up in AK. I still have respect for the guy though. Anyone who can throw a switch 900 lui kang as clean as he did earns my respect.

im not hating mike nick but thats bullshit he did a 100 foot cliff, and it does take some skill you can kill yourself if oyu do that worng

well it really doesent take any skill to huck really big cliffs. All it takes is a hell of alot of balls and u dont really need knowhow ethier as long as the snow is perfect. It seems to me that off really big cliffs and even small ones like 10-15 foot, ur wieght is naturally backseat and people seem to naturally bombhole and not hurt them selfs but to check and actully ride away from that kinda impact is somethin only peps that do it alot can do.

 
ALLRIGHT maybe it wasn't a 100ft cliff! have y'all heard of exaggeration? It is often used to emphasize the importance of an idea.

Mike does deserve a lot of credit, he's so damn smooth and can throw a ton of tricks (maybe not grabs but many different tricks)

yeah, there is no way that it was 100, thats way to big. I like mike nicks style, but I don't get when he rips on people for only doing tail grabs, when all he ever does is lui kangs, which get tiring after a while.

and Im pretty sure that that was a misleading ad showing footage from Flying Circus or something, im pretty damn sure that mike nick doesnt drop cliffs.

at least you didn't say going off big jumps in the park isn't a walk in the park - now that would have sounded wierd.
