what was the point of mentioning afterbang at all ced?? as if you'd try and downplay someone who can pull off a style you can't, fuckin pussy.
 
Hornbeck straight up KILLLLS it. One day maybe his sponsors will start to see how hard this kid works to represent them, and how good a job he does for them....
 
guys landings are a bit forced sometimes, just overdone "afterbang". But hes so fucking legit at street , mad props to this guy for bringing some legit tricks to the table for street,

This segment will definitely quiet anyone who thought hornbeck was all afterbang, and ever second guessed his talent. Every shot is a banger; bc jumps, urban, huge park shoot jumps, gap to rails; pretty much got everything you want to watch... kid sllaaays

much much respect for hornbeck. one of the hardest working kids i know and one of the most under paid kids in skiing (I know this is always said). Its true because he made that segment with literally the amount of money an overpaid pro would spend on an night of sushi and drinks.
 
I agree Ced... I didn't used to like Hornbeck too much, I thought that he overdid everything, and that he wasn't actually too good. Well I was completely wrong, his Turbo segment is one of the best in the movie, and that movie is absolutely fucking nuts... The best Level 1 movie since Forward. He kills it harder than I ever imagined. I have a total new respect for Hornbeck, he is most definitely "way more than afterbang" he is a really really really good skier. I am rambling now, but that segment blew my mind.
 
that seems to be as accurate a comparison to how much money went into this segment i think anyone could possibly come up with.
 
not good, do 3 banger parts in 3 years .u dont hit handrails, u dont hit bc ,u do trick of the minute .get on ur own shit! man up, get out of the park, try to keep it under a 7, and learn to make it look good for once. ur to young to get this. you think im talking shit when really im trying to make u think before u say something like this again. u dont have a lot of years under, nor shit to back u besides coming up to fast. sorry but cant have u on here saying dumb shit like .
 
Such an amazing segment. Has level 1 ever put out a mediocre movie, no. I would really like to see some of these guys competing against Olsson, Dumont, Schiller, Jossi Wells etc in the X-Games.

Hornbeck throws down, so many wtf moments in his seggy..
