All the snow that came in a couple of weeks ago is mostly gone. It is not looking good at my local and Februarys forecast is not looking good. Should I be panicking?

you will be fine as long as you got snow guns.

You probably don't see near the warm temps and the amount of rain that we enjoy in the mid Atlantic.

I’m originally from Nebraska and we got -20° and over a foot of snow for 2 weeks and today it was like 50, so whatever

We had a great winter last year and an even better one the year before. They can’t all be good. Im just hoping for a snowy march.

Similar deal for me, my local hill (grouse) just closed today. Not necessarily for the season cuz we might get more snow but damn it’s grim

hasn’t been below freezing during daylight for 2 weeks and it wont get below freezing anytime soon in the forecast. Nighttime will get into the mid to high twenties for about 2 hours before warming back up. how’s the mid Atlantic?

Urban basically hasnt been possible in the twin cities the whole winter and I cant remember the last time that happened

Feel this so hard:(((

normally I have at least 10 good full days of street by now but I’ve only been able to go out once

i was gonna hit a spot Sunday but it all melted out over last weekend

Even here at granite peak with one of the largest snowmaking operations in the Midwest we only have like 1-2 foot of base in the most trafficked areas

It's pretty hilarious/grim out there. Here at Whitewater we've been falling through the snow and ice bridges and just creating holes and uncovering rocks everywhere, but at least the sidehits are banging!

Definitely have been looking at this winter and using it to find new passions that are less seasonally dependant like painting and running because I think this might be the new reality. Got some stuff to build powsurfs though for when the snow does come back!

It sucks but you gotta make the most of the current situation, can't control the weather so no point dwelling on it

Yeah this winter is a wash for the midwest. Just hope for no random spring weather so you all can start mountain biking sooner.

I bet late feb and March winter shows back up. Im still hoping for a long spring to make up for this shit

Snow trails isn’t even doing that bad right now tbh even after this recent weather

I mean it's now February and I haven't got to hit the big park 1 time yet so I wouldn't say they are doing good. They are trying hard forsure (which is sick)
