Get stoked guys, it's coming up real quick. If you haven't gone before, I suggest you clear your calendars because this is an event you can't miss. The sickest films, meeting up with fellow jibbers from across the midwest, tons of dope product to be handed out and raffled, and don't forget... PROS!
October 16th @ Times Cinema in Milwaukee, WI.

fuck yes this is one of the reasons I love living in Milwaukee, I went both years but never went to any after party, I'm gonna fuck shit up this year. Where is the party gonna be at?

Hey everyone, very excited to get back to the midwest in a week, and continue getting MWSFF together. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up and let everyone know this year we are running pre-order tickets for just $15, vs $20 at the door. More importantly though, the venue this year The Times Cinema is another smaller sized theatre. We are excited to keep a local vibe to the event, and show everyone a great night. I greatly encourage you pre order your tickets before 10/10 to ensure you can get into the festival and save a few bucks. Just jump over to MWSFF.com for pre order details. We will begin shipping tickers October 1st.

See you all there!

Andy and I have been working really hard to keep it 18+, and we did! We are shuffling the festival around a little bit and showing Revolver at the After Party and Gunnie Season at the movie showings @ The Times. This will allow for better timing, and better promotions for you guys!

Look for a major update tomorrow.

As far as pros go. We booked tix for Wiley Miller, Nick Martini, Hath, and Walker today. Hornbeck and Wallisch are slated to come out as well, along with some of the crew from Level 1!

Excellent work Brian and Andy! I'm about to pre-order my ticket. If anyone else has not bought their ticket yet, get on that because it will guarantee that you go to the most ballin' midwest event of the year AND you get to go cheaper!

Great job Brian and Andy. This years event looks to be bigger and better than ever!! I've ordered up my tickets already. The guest pros line-up looks amazing, goes without saying. Oct.16th can't come soon enough!! Thanks for all you do putting this show together:)

Hey why is jibulant not on the list? They were there last year and I was planning on going to see theirs, but I just dont know anymore..

Just wondering where exactly the after party is. I know you said downtown. I want to book a hotel close to the venue. Thanks!

The Hit Hat Garage on Arlington PL and Brady St on the East Side of Milwaukee

BP posted this in the minnesota car pool thread

which is friggin sweet. only like a block from my sisters condo! wont be a long drunken walk home at all

Its an awfully long way to drive for a premier that isnt showing one of the films I was most stoked to see..

Can anyone tell me why Jibulant isnt being shown?

Jibulant won a contest last year that we ran through NS. With my crazy schedule this year, and tracking down the resources to put together another contest, it just wasn't possible this year. Sorry you are not too stoked but we are planning for another great festival. Next year I hope to be able to have a longer festival but it wasnt possible this year to fit everything in.

You didn't really need to put on a contest..? I heard from several NS'ers that werent apart of Jibulant that said last years show was good..

That's awesome, I think we got a sick lineup this year too. I got to check out Network at IF3 from Stept Productions I think its a really great movie, that everyone should see, but I dont think a lot of people would see it otherwise.

^And if anyone needs a designated driver....... I'll probably be the only sober person there of drinking age ha!

Uhmmm, been there done that a bit over the top. Can't go back, ever! But don't worry, I still know how to have a great time, AND remember it!!

Would appreciate info on this as soon as possible, as I'm trying to book a hotel relatively close to the afterparty venue.
