Starting for my first midterms tuesday. Ive never had midterms before because im a freshman im Hoping there gunna go smoothly But does anbody have any good tips to help me keep information in my head for tomaorw because my teacher just gave me my thing to study today and i have it tomaorw.
 
I never really have midterms. Usually have 2-5 tests then a final. Although some classes only have 2 tests and final. So basically I'm taking about 1.1-1.2 tests a week. Ever since last week which was the 3rd week of quarter I've had tests. Keeps me on my toes.
 
ahha im a good student but my spelling is so bad i don't even know how my teacher can deal with that
 
study until you know everything then study another 15-30 mins. do this for each midterm or final and be in a better position than me
 
My teachers are lazy and take questions from old tests. I would recommend reading over your test. Also get a good night sleep and a good breakfast so that you don't get distracted half way through... And you should probably get off ns.
 
Well, studying strategies depends on the person. I started my mid terms today, and I'm not gonna lie, am not a great study person. (I have been studying though, I'm just on a break right now) I know for me, I have a hard time just reading information from a book because I start zoning out. So, I write things out. If I can, I make flash cards to quiz myself. That way, I am doing something instead of just sitting there. (annotating/taking notes) Like right now for chem, I'm looking through all my packets and writing down information I think is the most important/I have trouble remembering. Writing down the information always helps me to remember things. Hope this helped, and good luck! :)
 
I'd say take about 120 mg of IR adderall and sit down and study away. Then make a thread about it on NS wondering why you feel so terrible. ;)
 
Here is THE secret to studying! Chew some spearmint gum when studying then chew some during the test. Because of science and shit you will remember everything you studied. But it has to be spearmint or it will NOT work.
 
I just took my math midterm i think i did fine with that its just my frist midterms i have every taken just don't want my grades to go to shit because of it. Also the only midterm's im worred ill do bad on is Latin and science.
