yeah, Novick is a legit politician who is not a joke. He's running to take Gordon Smith's senate seat, which in my opinion would be a good thing...He has views I agree with and has the experience necessary to be a senator.

He was born with out a hand and with something wrong with his legs, hence the hook and short height.
