I was just wonderin if anyone here goes/went to Middlebury. Is it a good ski school and good school in general?
 
hella good school thats pretty close to some mountains, it has one of the best foreign language and writing programs in the country, and dont expect to get in unless you have crazy good grades/SAT scores.
 
good school. the snow bowl is pretty much a joke, but it is pretty close to some other decent mountains. Basically, dont go there for the skiing
 
my sis goes there and has just about 0 time to go skiing. Don't go there for the skiing. The skiings a plus, but the schools very difficult
 
It's a great school, but the campus itself is quite isolated from things, like cities, or towns, or anything really. It's also relatively small as far as colleges go. But good east coast skiing is pretty close, and the facilities you'll get to use at that school, are pretty top noch.
 
Yeah it's a sick school, My friend is going there next year. Like everyone else said, you're not gonna' have much time to ski there.
 
hey im going to midd next year too, everyone i have talked to loves it, they have their own bowl and are close to really good resorts and people ski regardless of workload, plus they have a library at the mountain but im not sure of anyone actually uses it
 
dude i aced my SAT's but im still not gonna get in cus i have kinda shitty grades. they fucking hate slackers too. i hear middlebury also cares alot about the kind of person that you are, like character?
