MID-WEST SKIING

Reciently some of the hills in the mid-west have "removed" their jumps from their parks, due to the kid in washington. if you are planing on comeing to michigan im telling you right now DO NOT COME TO BOYNE MOUNTIAN, BOYNE HIGHLANDS, OR NUB's NOB. you will waste your time and will just be contrubiting to their decisions. For us locals, there isnt much of a choice.... we will have to make alot more trips up to marquette mountain and others that still STRIVE to keep what we absoultly love alive and progressing. As a disgruntled local I ask you to spend your money somewhere worth while. If you've already planed on going some where in this region, change it marquette is only 2 hours away from here.

i live in close to marquette mountain and ski there everyday and i know that this year the park is gonna be great our big jumps and new rails are gonna be out so take a stop by

Not going to those places isn't going to solve anything. Nubs is putting in a skiercross course which should be super fun, although short.

good old spirit mountain keeping their park strong and getting it sponsored by sobe. im pretty excited. but yeah that sucks for the locals sorry dude.

Now I been planning a ski trip last few month an does this mean that I aint gonna have to deal with snowboarders and you newshoolfangled skiers if I go to a resort in the mid-west? I knew this country had hope left for skiing an it starts in the heartland where it should. God bless.
