Hey, just wanted to let people know that I recently just launched a new website called michiganmtn.com for skiers, snowboarders, and mountain bikers who ride in Michigan. Not trying to poach from NS, just thought that having a tighter knit community in my home state would be rather cool.

I'm doing resort reports and trail updates, covering events, letting users post video and photos, you can post to forums and more.

Check it out if you ride in Michigan.

Keep in mind I need to attract more users before it really takes off.

Hey now, sometimes we name our sand dunes like mountains. My hometown is home of Mt. Pisgah for example.

Yea I know..... Thats why it's kind of funny. Just seemed like a good name for flat landers that love mountain-esc things too.
 
Yeah I always laughed that there was a Crystal “Mountain” Michigan & a Crystal Mountain Washington..... pretty sure the latter actually deserves the name.

They should change Crystal back to Buck Hills in Michigan
 
It is a good name, was just playin. G luck with it, always nice to have another skier community. There’s no mountains where I’m from btw, I gotta travel but I still like our hills

Not yet. They will probably put it up eventually. I kind of hope they don't though. They should add more rails and hits like volcanos, hips and wall rides or something.
