yeah i skied at brighton last year but now i go to CU- Boulder so i get to ski good stuff. as much as im glad i dont ski there anymore i had alot of fun at that crappy place.

yeah, i guess the midwest would suck if you were some lame pessimistic bitch, but if you have creativity you can make the best of what you have and really have a fun winter, which is really all that matters. i'll be out in a few years with a degree that'll land me 70+ g's when i can't ski anymore. we'll see who's smokin harder then. ha.
 
^ u are an idiot, i doubt u have ever skied with either of these kids, they have plenty of creative talent on skis and are always trying to have fun on skis, and if u didnt know they are going to school out there as well so they are skiing and getting a degree so there situation is much tbetter than yours. Any way i bet u suck and tyler and hornbeck are sick so u are jealous
 
people complain about the midwest, when in actuality, its pretty good if you get crafty. i mean we have rails and shit, and enough small hills to ski on...i mean my best friend who was a religious boarder moved to texas. i just moved to indiana. im still going to get skiing at least once a week and try some urban shit with any snow i get. its fun. i like to do it probably more than any other sport/activity . the midwest isnt that bad. dont complain at all about it. bitching about having less snow and elevation than the rockies is stupid. its a place to ski. skiing is fun. deal with it. you took the creative talent thing too far man who posted above me. i think the guy above you was just trying to make the point that its better than nothing here and skiing anywhere is better than not skiing at all.
 
skiing is skiing, once uv caught the bug anyway u can slide downhill is good enuff. once u move out west tho for a whole season u truely realize how shitty anywehre in the midwest is. u think ur being creative at ur hill then u move, all the ways u had fun at ur old hill u can have fun doing on a real mtn cept instead of 1 fun jib on 1 fun run its more jibs then u can count on any run on the mtn.
 
Sure skiing out west is gonna be better than here. But for me, the midwest will suffice. I have sooo much fun, and learn a ton each winter. I'll most likely be out west in a few years, and will prolly miss parts about the midwest. It might not be the terrain that i miss, but the people and atmostphere. So, bottom line, be thankful for whatever hill you have, and continue to shred it until you move or whatever.

the same bwald. although im not sure you were there the day that we're talking about, i basically flipped out on some dude. it was a faggot. it invovled me and my car horn and a middle finger or two, oh, and the chickthat worked there, had chest hair, more than me. it was gross.

man, the only thing that the midwest does better than skiing is DRAMA.

props to Lane as well, he's the man, as well as the WALDONATOR (did you ever get the camera?), one of very few skiers to perfect the ability of looking both steezy and sketchy at the exact same instant in time.

and yes lane has some personal style, sometimes sketchy but so many times of just steeze. like in the bc when he learned bios he looked just like cr with the lui kang it was amazing.

yes i do remember that. that wasn't cool. that whole weekend sucked. remember the pipe? it had like 6 foot walls. the "Transfer" jump type thing was kind of cool.
