Anyone whos heard the album, what do you think of it? I'm constantly buying new cds, both of new and old releases, but out of the last few months, this is the first cd i can really stand to listen the whole way through and was actually pretty satisfied with. Yeah, it seems to me to be a bit different than almost all of the other records Franti has released, but overall I still enjoy it a lot. Anyone.. thoughts on it?
 
i think theyre cool. 'everyone deserves musis' is good.

they have this kind of white george clinton feeling to it.
 
homeboy gets old quick and his flowing is some hippie bullshit, not to mention it sucks. and not wearing shoes is not that cool.
 
you got to love franti...I mean its all about love for him...sure he's a little crazy...you would have to be a little to go over to Iraq during the occupation just to see what it's really like and to play music for the people...I like the fact that lately he's trying to sing from a more lets overcome this then...lets get militant and angry...it's more aobut understanding and dialogue these days...
