If there's wind and you have money to spend go take a kiteboard lesson. Check out South Florida Kiteboarding, they take you out on a boat to the southern tip of Key Biscayne to super shallow flat water with these houses built on stilts all around you. It's worth it even for the scenery alone. They're friends of ours and all good people with good instructors

Or you could just steal hundreds of kilos of cocaine from a police impound and get chased around by 2 unorthodox black cops who have clashing personalities and backgrounds that prove to be both humorous and effective

There are a few cable parks in the city and surrounding area where you can rent stuff. MWCC is a little north of the city and has a pretty big setup and I know you can rent gear there, and there's also a tiny place down in Islamorada if you want to go drive down to the keys and check out a cool new place. The little place offers rentals too and the guys who work there are super nice but it's a decent drive from the city so you would go in addition to checking other stuff out on the keys but the drive down there is very cool
