who here listens to metal too when they are skiing. i thing a good fast metal song(not emo real metal stuff) is pretty good for pumping u up? if you have any post the song and band

Word I would def not consider them metal. I listen to Amon Amarth, COB, Arch Enemy, Gojira, In Flames, Nile, Slayer etc when im out of the park and just flyin down groomers but when im in the park I prefer to listen to hip hop
 
metal rap, look at new necro and even jedi mind or army of the pharoahs, they incorporate both genres. Ill Bill and Necro used to be in a metal band.
 
metal is the only thing i listen to while skiing. anything by as i lay dying gets me pretty motivated. bleeding through is good. umm, it dies today. between the buried and me. shit like that
 
i listen to metal when i lift and before hockey

same kind of stuff, ie as i lay dying, bring the horizon.

but when i ski it doesnt flow for me, i need more hip hop and reggae.
 
any song by dying fetus, but especially times of war and epidemic of hate. also any song by skinless but especially dead concience and a unilateral disgust. and any daath song. i could go on forever.
 
i dont listen to music when i ski. The sounds of sliding snow and the woods when treeskiing are far better than anything that any human can make. Plus i have all the time driving to the mountain to listen to tunes anywasy
 
I only listen to fast metal and hardcore when I ski, but this season I might go music-less because making a skiing playlist is too hard

okay I just want say rap is sick and many different aspects. It definetly flows and is good when you're just cruising. Personally I love metal though too when I'm skiing.

Job for A Cowboy-Entombment of a Machine is fucking unbelievable. Such an ill song and I definetly listen to it when trying to go bigger.

ATREYU is a sham and that band is horrible. Every person I met that says Atreyu is their favorite band has been the epitome of douche-ness.

The Black Dahlia Murder is awesome to listen to when skiing too.
 
black dahlia is nasty too. but im trying to say that only the bleeding mascara song is good. is fast and gets me goin. thats all.

ummm, have you read any interviews with him? or even listened to some of his songs properly? i really don't know if i should dignify your argument with a response, but you sound really ignorant. Heavy Metal Kings? He said he listens to Metal alot and tries to incorporate it in his music, as well as stoupe on the track. Don't call me an idiot when you obviously have no idea.
 
i am going to dignify this with a response because i absolutley know what im talking about and because he has a metal influence does not mean they are metal. kotton mouth kings call themselves heavy metal kings as well. i am not totally disagreeing with you but they are not metal. they just have a darker sound. so dont call me ignorrant when i fully understood what you meant and yes i have seen those interviews but they are still not metal.
 
Metal Rap, Death Rap. not metal. some songs have elements of metal in them, by no means did i call JMT metal, that would just be stupid.
