Met Parker White Yesterday

So I am done grading exams for awhile (living the TA/grad school life) so my buddy and I headed up to Mammoth for a late Spring session. Ran into Parker White in the parking lot, wasn't sure if it was him but I asked "are you Parker White" and he said he was and talked to me for awhile. He is honestly the coolest guy ever. I wish I could have bought him a beer. I feel like he and a lot of the other freeskiers in that category who are not really comp guys don't get paid what I feel they should given how much work and the effort they put in.

Also Mammoth is rocking so hard in late Spring, I need to come this late season every year. US Ski team is here, various European freeski teams are here, apparently Kaya Turski has been riding the park too. It's been a great trip so far.
 
Parker seems like a cool guy. I'm so excited to get back home just to ski late season at Mammoth. There's no better place to ski after April. Sun everyday, perfect weather, fun park, quick laps, and no pressure at all, just everyone trying to have as much fun as possible.
 
should've asked him to do another superman frontflip.

but on a serious note, I've met him once at some ski movie premier, he seemed like a pretty legit dude.
 
He actually took the time to stop and talk with me for a little I was super impressed. I cannot reiterate how rocking Mammoth is right now.
 
I've also met Chugg, Jossi, and Chris Olenick. Chugg and Jossi were super cool, Chris was a douche.
 
I spent an entire day with Jossi 2 seasons ago at Keystone, it was my first time out west, and skiing on an actual mountain, and he was super chill about everything.

T-HALL SKI BOSS at Windells like 5 years ago,

i was riding 06 T-Halls and he wouldnt sign them.......

but now that i look back at it he was going through some rough shit
 
parker is the fucking man. he was my coach when i went to windells when i was younger. i remember him having some pretty epic stories. total lady killer too haha
 
Parker commented on my facebook profile picture saying "Did i sell you that hat?"

Chris is a fail on my part. I meant to say Peter. Now that I think of it, I've met Tanner and Henrik too at the Education of Style premiere/after party and they were both super cool. I met Tanner's mom and dad and brother Tyson too. Tanner's dad is really cool and his mom is really funny.
 
He still should have respected the fact that you admire him enough to buy his pro model ski; if I was a pro and a kid asked me if I could sign his skis(that were my pro model) I would totally sign his skis. I would probably sign anything(products only) if a kid asked me to do it.
 
as i am from England...... i have met no pro's.

although i did see Kevin Rolland at Shred It in La Plagne... i would of said hey but my french sucks!

 
Haha same with Park City. It was weird going there and seeing the people I see in edits and movies and stuff slaying right next to me. It's an odd feeling for sure.

Parker's chill as fuck haha.

Those Mammoth jumps look so nice and floaty.
 
The kickers are seriously the largest I have ever seen them. That money booter is just insane. People were definitely throwing shit down.
