Message across screen of my video!

Ok can somebody help me with my little issue i have.

So heres the deal one of my friends has a windows and i have a mac and he sent me a couple clips through aim and it works and everything when i play it on my desktop like when i just open it as a quicktime vid. But here is my issueto use wmv on a mac you have to download it and i have the version called flip4mac and it basically runs wmv through quicktime but when i try to load it onto imovie it has this messgae across the screen that looks like this:

now is there someway to convert it or something so this message doesnt pop up or do i have t get the tape from him, download the video myself and go through that long process i dont wanna go through if there is another way

any help will be greatly apperciated

just torrent and download the full version of 'flip4mac' would be my guess. you wont get that with a full one only the trial

Yeah...looks like you have the trial because theres a lot of programs like that where on the trial versions it puts a huge watermark on the video...so just torrent the full version
