menus t the top screwed up

my ns goes to media, media goes to resources/lit. and resources goes to tools. This is a huge problem for people using mozilla and other browsers that don't drop the menus down.

hmm it's an error in the site, not my browser. And there are alot of people that don't use IE for someone new to the site they wouldnt have any idea what was going on.
