dumont shouldve won his run was almost perfect, olenick threw the dub flip but landed a bit backseat, hall threw a sw 10 that was a little flaily pencil but still dope
 
basicallt tanner threw a switch 10 right off the bat and ended with a 10.

Dumont would go soooo massive off first hit and would spin right side spins and did a 1260 in the middle.

Pete would just do his double at the beginnin and put his hands down to land

Tomas and west killed it with their super stylie tricks and showed everyone that skiing os more than just spinning to win
 
What I am wondering is how on earth did simon lose...i mean come on how can you top 22 foot airs and throwing a 12 halfway down your run and stompin it like it was nothing.....switch 10 i dont care but come on SIMON WINS IN MY BOOK

Hatviet got raped. There is no way that Olenick should have beaten him, considering how tech Hatviets run was. That was shitty judging.

Dumont probably should have won, but the switch 10 was pretty nuts.

As usual, commentary was out of touch and out of date. Douglas' suggestion that Tanner did not grab on the bottom was A. incorrect and B. ridiculous because when watched closely, a great deal of competitors did not grab on some of their harder tricks.
 
people saying that the 12 was hucked and 'ugly', did you walk out of the room when tanner threw the sw ten? so sketchy, so hucked. sure it was sick, but simons 12 was so smooth and stomped compared to tanners 10.
 
word, dumont did get robbed, but dont hate on tanner. his run was soo sick. i thot him and dumont were equal. however tanner himself even said dumont was going to win, he even thot it after simon stomped his last run. so dont hate on tanner for what the judges did, which is out of his control
 
only showed his first run, another reason xgames is gay why don't they just show all the riders runs that are in the finals...don't they do that for snowboarding?
 
Dude i am pissed i missed stephans 3, but anyone who denies that this was a sick comp is nuts. The top 3 runs were so far above anything from last year. I mean, switch 10 first hit? 12 in the middle of the run with other tech tricks too? Double flat? come on dude, that shit was off the chain! I am pumped for the state of skiing right now
