Memorial Day Snowpack around Vail

Considering a hut trip in summit county around memorial day next year to visit [tag=261198]@dolanslebensraum[/tag], just want to confirm that this is still usually a good time to ski some corn, what's the usual coverage at ~11k ft between Vail and Copper this time of year?
 
Not sure what hut you are going to, but there will be snow and lines to ski at that elevation. Loveland Pass and Abasin are still skiing. All the 14ers near Leadville will be skiable. My one concern would be say Eiseman hut. That's a 6-hour+ skin and the bottom part of it will not have snow. May be the same story for any huts that have a long distance skin to get there. There will prob be a large section at the bottom where you will be hiking.

We'll have a couple of babies in the group by then, so we were thinking about staying at one of the Shrine Mountain Inn huts since it's a short and easy climb for us to carry all the baby stuff, but mostly because it has running water, which will be super convenient. The trail for those apparently starts at ~10,580' so we should be much higher than Eiseman hut.

Terrain around the hut looks super lame tho, but we might have to live with that.
 
I’m a snowmobile/ATV guided just outside vail. Went up to treeline today and hit snow right around 11kish. It’s spotty up there but there’s still lines to be had.
