I think I would rather see a member of the week maybe. It gets old seeing the same persons name up there all the time.
 
Yeah I like this idea, it's an honor to me MOTM and all, but it's not really that cool because after like 5 days or so you stop thinking about being a good member and dis-regard all fucks.
 
System was/still is fucked. Some kid that had a thread that had like 1,000,000 views in SD (which has a fucked view counter btw), no photos, no videos, was it for the first part of the month until they caught it. The other kids rarely post. Flashkick and other helpful members should be MotM, not randos who happen to benefit from the karma system because 3 people rate them a 10/10.
 
The current MOTM hasn't logged in since the 4th. He uploaded like 4 nice shots and that was it.
 
That's just it, we don't know if he's even made any good posts!

Literally the only thing recognizable on his profile are his pictures.

He has no threads, no recent login, no reviews, no blogs, and no feedback. I consider the MOTM to be the person who has made intelligent posts, thrown up some good pictures, maybe an edit or two, has good feedback, has at least a couple blog posts, and generally used NS to it's maximum potential.

Now that type of member is one in a millino. However, that slim margin is what makes that single member so unique, and that's who should be awarded. Only when the selection process takes all of those factors into play, can I see Member of The Month being reasonable. If the equation for selection is to hard to change, make it Member of The Week.
