I feel that a lot of people talk smack about Jersey riding and Noo Joisiers, but if you live on the East Coast I think you should travel down to Jersey, because we have #1 rails on the East Coast voted by Transworld Media....heres a little preview from SAS--

i hate you break it to you but no matter how good the rails are in jersey (and they are), the skiing sucks balls.

 
yea man the skiing there sucks, wow you have good rails, I think many people would sacrifice alright rails for skiing, unless you live in like the midwest or where there is no skiing, there owuld be no point in going to jersey

the thing about Jersey is takes them till like late january for their park/mountain to be halfway decent, it doesn't snow enough there... at like christmas time they have 20 trails open and bullshit like that

 
if you want decent east coast skiing your gonna have to travel farther north...but if your close and you want some rails hit up the NJ/NY areas...

but dont come to PA, the skiing is awful

but why would we travel 3 hours to go to a mountain who isnt as good as mountains an hour away? plus the VT mountains have skiing besides park.

Jersey might have insane rails.....but most VT resorts have the same stuff; and have good all-mtn riding. I love Mount Creek, but if your driving any more then 2 hours it's really not worth it.

sorry to say, but honestly no one is gonna travel more than 2 hours to mt creek. yea, the rails possibly are the best on the east, but there is NO mountain whatsoever. anywhere in VT is 10x better...

 
why would people travel? well SAS came down to do filming obviously because other resorts up north dont have the gnar factor with their rails. I mean we have som other really sick shit like our 8ft high, 36 ft long rail with an 9ft gap as well as a rainbow thats 17ft high plus our s-rail which i bet some pro's would have a difficult time hitting it due to the itch of the turns and the length...its not some mellow piece like stratton's s-box. P.S. -- our biggest jump is like 55ft and we had a sick hip last year

they have some crazy stuff at mountain creek and some sick tables probably bigger than most of you posers on this site will ever use. not to bash the people who actually do

oh shit, i didn't realize there were locals around. mt. creek is my home mountain or at least it's been my home mountain since i moved to ny a couple years ago. it's deff. a great mt. and certainly has some of the best rails on the east coast. the rollercoaster rail is sick, and don't even get me started about the kick ass table tops. anyway, i just wanted to give my 2 cents.
